Guided by our mission to deliver products, care, expertise, and memorable moments, Pet Valu is a place where people build meaningful careers while making a positive impact on pets and communities.Job SummaryThe Azure Dev Ops Testing lead and D365 Procure to Pay / Inventory subject matter expert SME plays a critical role in the successful implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / SCM (“D365 F&O/SCM)” by leading the Business and Finance Workstream leads through all phases of D365 testing and taking a lead role in training and testing using Azure Dev Ops.This role serves as the primary liaison between the VP Finance Systems, finance business stakeholders, P2P and OCM workstream leaders, and the program team, ensuring that all business areas, especially AP and P2P business requirements are accurately tested and adopted within the new D365 F&O/SCM solution. This role will provide Azure Dev Ops Subject Matter Expertise to all PE365 finance and business workstreams.Key ResponsibilitiesAzure Dev Ops and Testing Workstream Leadership:Leads the Project Evolution 365 (“PE365”) across all workstream leads through all testing phases with a focus on P2P and AP process testingCoach, guide, and direct workstream and business leaders to execute test case development, system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect triage, tracking and reportingValidate D365 solution against business requirements and business outcomes to ensure quality and readiness for deployment.Ensure that test cases are written and complete for the purpose of testing in Azure Dev Ops (“ADO”)Define Exit criteria for SIT and UAT testing focusing on business outcomes and reconciliation to the Requirements Traceability MatrixCollaborate performance / stress testing with the SITakes lead role to create the test strategy: SIT, UAT, Performance Testing, Regression, Cutover Validation.Ensure test scripts and scenarios reflect future state optimized business processes.Track, triage, and resolve Project Evolution 365 defects raised by the business and finance testersRequirements Gathering & Solution Design:Partner with the Solution Integrator to facilitate workshops with all PE365 workstream business leads to gather business requirements during discovery scoping and implementation solution design phases of the projectTranslate Pet Valu business needs into tailored D365 mega test scenarios and test cases and validate against D365 F&O / SCM capabilities, with support from the SICollaborate with solution architects and consultants to design scalable and compliant AP and treasury solutionsDesign, review, and understand business process and change implications for workstream configurations, extensions, and integrations impacting finance.Testing:Responsible for reviewing and helping workstream leaders accept all workstream testing deliverablesDevelop and execute test scenarios and scripts for unit testing, system integration testing (“SIT”), and user acceptance testing (“UAT”).Ensure workstream defects are tracked, resolved, and tested.Lead finance data cleansing and migration, with support from the Program Data workstream leaderEnsure data migration and reconciliation activities are accurate and complete.Coach, guide, and direct workstream and business leaders to execute test case development, system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect triage, tracking and reporting.Validate solutions against requirements to ensure quality and readiness for deployment.Ensure that test cases are completeDefine Exit criteria for SIT and UAT testingCollaborate performance/stress testing with the SIOversee creation of the test strategy: SIT, UAT, Performance Testing, Regression, Cutover ValidationEnsure test scripts and scenarios reflect real business processesTrack and resolve Project Evolution 365 defects.Change Management & Training:Support change management efforts by identifying testing and ADO impacts to business and finance workstreamsWork with the Change Management workstream leaders to develop and implement test mitigation strategies.Lead the workstream in creating finance and business process ADO and testing training materials and delivering training sessions to PE365 users.Go-Live & Post-Implementation Support:Lead hypercare testing with support from the workstream leaders.Support data migration testing activities and cutover planning for D365 F&O solution.Provide hyper care support post go-live and ensure smooth transition to business-as-usual operationsProject Governance & Reporting:Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and issue resolution plans to PMO and project leadership focusing on testing and ADO.Ensure testing deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards as expected by the VP Finance Systems.Qualifications:Required D365 F&O implementation experience within the last 2 yearsExpert level understanding and experience with ADO test plan development and test managementExperience with delivering AP automation transformation projects and AP business process reengineeringStrong understanding of accounts payable end to end processesDemonstrated project implementation experience with managing Vendor master data management, AP data cleansing, and data migration.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.Completed 3 or more Procure to Pay / AP transformation projects over the past 10+ yearsAt least 7+ years of work experience delivering finance or transformation projectsUniversity level degreeCompensation:The targeted hourly range for this position is $120.00 - $130.00 per hour.
