- Oversee core operational workflows, including demand planning, inventory oversight, and weekly KPI reporting.
- Coordinate cross ‑ functional timelines for product development, ensuring milestones, approvals, and deliverables stay on track.
- Maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships by managing communication, gathering updates, and supporting sourcing needs.
- Improve and maintain operational systems, SOPs, dashboards, and planning tools to enhance efficiency and data visibility.
- Support documentation management, including product specifications, SKU data, regulatory files, and packaging details.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Operations to ensure alignment on launches, timelines, and operational readiness.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support the implementation of new tools, workflows, and best practices.
- You are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple moving parts with clarity and calm.
- You communicate proactively and build strong working relationships across teams and with external partners.
- You enjoy both strategic thinking and rolling up your sleeves to execute hands ‑ on tasks when needed.
- You bring strong analytical skills and a continuous ‑ improvement mindset, always looking for ways to streamline processes.
