- Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, staff, and visitors.
- Manage phone calls, visitors, and general inquiries.
- Support the Management Team with administrative tasks.
- Handle payments, mail sorting, and guest suite bookings.
- Assist with Maintenance/Housekeeping requests and staff call-ins.
- Notify Managers of resident deaths and distribute deliveries.
- Always pleasant, courteous, and empathetic.
- Experience in customer service, problem-solving, and multi-tasking under pressure.
- Skilled in interacting with clients in various situations.
- Intermediate knowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, especially with mature adults, their families, and staff.
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain efficiency.
- Flexible team player with strong relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain confidentiality in all organizational matters.
