- Provide program management support for contingent workforce operations
- Oversee day-to-day activities including onboarding, management, and offboarding of contingent workers
- Ensure workers have appropriate system access to perform their roles effectively
- Identify and remove operational barriers impacting workforce productivity
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless workforce operations
- Drive metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness and cost-efficiency of the contingent workforce program
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, internal policies, and drive proper classification standards (e.g., W2, 1099, SOW)
- Partner and advise with business leaders to understand resource needs and project objectives
- Collaborate with Workforce Planning, Legal, Finance, and TA to streamline processes and reduce cycle times
- Educate leaders on best practices, SOW structures, and risk considerations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 5+ years of experience in contingent workforce vendor management, technology procurement or managed services
- Knowledge of contingent labor regulations (e.g., co-employment, worker classification)
- Proven ability to manage complex SOW engagements and vendor relationships (specifically IT)
- 5+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on contingent workforce programs
- Strong experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
- Proven ability to manage vendor operations and workforce lifecycle processes
- Excellent problem-solving and process improvement skills
- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination abilities
