- Develop and maintain resource-loaded time schedules using the critical path method, in conjunction with Project Managers and Clients
- Closely track the progress of work, update schedules periodically and prepare monthly status reports
- Assist with critical path analysis and highlight time-related issues and risks, including the proposal of mitigation measures
- Troubleshoot technical issues on schedules and monitor resource performances against budget
- Communicate with management, project managers, colleagues and external stakeholders to understand the schedule and any issues
- Assist the Contract Management team with evaluating schedule impacts arising from change and risk mitigation
- A minimum of 10 years' experience, with a focus in related construction or engineering industries.
- Planning and scheduling experience in large multi-discipline civil engineering projects (bridge, tunnel or marine experience).
- In-depth working knowledge and direct experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Commercial awareness with a good knowledge of North American contracts and Earned Value analysis.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivation with the ability to make judgments based on practice and previous experience.
