Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?The Data & Insights Specialist will serve as a bridge between our T&D initiatives and senior leadership, transforming complex data into compelling insights thatdrive organizational success. This position offers the opportunity to shape how we measure, communicate, and optimize training effectiveness across Wealth Management Canada.What will you do?
  • Generate Actionable Insights: Leverage data to identify trends, patterns, and gaps that inform strategic department decisions; synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Tell the Training & Development Story: Collaborate with the management team to create concise, visually compelling reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders that communicate department value and impact
  • Data Management: Function as the primary liaison between the key stakeholders slowly integrate training data into their newly established Firm data repository.
  • Design Reporting Framework: Work collaboratively to design and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks that track KPIs, OKRs, dashboards, and performance indicators
  • Build Performance Dashboards: Create project-specific dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau to visualize performance data and enable real-time decision-making
  • Feedback Management: Gather feedback from training, product, and feedback teams; synthesize findings and present insights to product owners
  • Lead Discovery & Onboarding: Manage the discovery and onboarding process for department’s Salesforce application
  • Build Team Dashboards: Create and maintain team-specific reports and dashboards in Salesforce
  • Enhancement Management: Work with the Development team to prioritize and manage Training Salesforce enhancement requests
Must have:
  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven project management
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools including Excel, Tableau, and SQL. Additionally, any experience in Google Analytics, Power BI, and Snowflake is a plus
  • Strong experience with Salesforce, including dashboard and reporting capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present to senior leadership
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholder groups
