Job Description and Summary
The Customer Service Assistant is the voice of the company and a key pillar of the sales process and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for initial customer contact and ensuring follow-up on files, from quotes to order preparation for technicians.
Key Responsibilities;
The Customer Service Assistant's key responsibilities include:
● Communications Management: Be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and ensure a professional and courteous approach.
● Sales and Quotes: Create and prepare customer quotes, primarily based on requests received through our online platforms.
● Customer Follow-up:
● Follow up on quotes and ongoing requests with customers.
● Contact customers to schedule, confirm, or reschedule appointments with technicians.
● Operational Support:
● Confirm orders and specifications with our suppliers.
● Print work orders and prepare the necessary parts bins for technicians, ensuring all items are ready for appointments.Essentials
