- Perform repairs and maintenance efficiently and accurately, following dealership and OEM standards
- Communicate with Parts and Service Advisors to manage production, cycle times, and customer updates
- Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend necessary repairs to ensure vehicle safety and reliability
- Document all work in repair orders to meet OEM standards and ensure warranty compliance
- Maintain personal inventory of commonly used tools not provided by the Service department
- Stay up to date on factory technical bulletins andparticipatein factory-sponsored training classes
