We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and technically strong Technical Sales Representative to join an established engineering solutions provider serving clients across Canada and the United States.This organization delivers advanced, customized thermal management and electronic manufacturing solutions across industries including electronics, PCB, LED lighting, and industrial applications. As the company continues to expand into turnkey, system-level solutions, they are looking for a driven sales professional who thrives at the intersection of engineering and client relationships.This role offers strong income growth potential for ambitious, technically oriented sales professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide customized technical solutions to clients in collaboration with PCB, optics, electronics, and mechanical engineering teams

Communicate with clients across Canada and the U.S. via phone and email
Coordinate with internal design teams to deliver innovative, system-level solutions
Propose advanced thermal management solutions (e.g., heatsinks, fans, cooling systems)
Oversee projects from design translation through prototyping and into manufacturing
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales inquiries
Prepare, present, and follow up on quotes with urgency and attention to detail
Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the customer base
Develop sales strategies that promote engineering design and manufacturing capabilities
Maintain professionalism under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
Occasional travel as required

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 10 years of sales experience (required)
University degree or equivalent — preferably in Engineering (required)
Strong computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent communication skills with strong command of English
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and adapt to client needs

Preferred Experience

Knowledge of the LED lighting industry
Familiarity with mechanical and electronic design of LED lighting components
Understanding of design for manufacturing (DFM) principles
Experience with thermal management solutions such as heatsinks and fans
