Our guest walks into their clean room, takes a deep breath, and immediately relaxes. You are the heart of the hotel, giving the gift of a place our guests dream to be. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be physically capable, and have excellent organizational and time management skills. You will also receive a performance bonus.You Will:
Provide room attendant duties for two resort hotels
Provide laundry service support as required
Provide janitorial duties for main lodge areas as required
Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms including all linen changes, interior windows, bathrooms, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking.
Follow departmental policies, procedures, and service standards
Meet guest requests in a timely and friendly manner
Ensure the highest level of service and guest experience
Provide non-stop teamwork with your teammates and managers
Know and adhere to the policies, rules, and protocols outlined in the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Employee Handbook
Know and follow all safe work procedures included in the Safety Management Program
You Have:
Past experience, this is an asset but not required, we will train!
The ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment
The ability to be reliable and responsible
The ability to bend, lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs
