- Increase Insight Canada's brand awareness within the Canadian marketplace;
- Design layout and execute all company communications (internal and external);
- Maintain brand standards and ensure integration of all communications;
- Build, plan and maintain the Insight event calendar for all events across Canada;
- Maintain and update revisions to product support materials (brochures, case studies etc.)
- Coordinate, manage and order all clients' promotional materials, prizes, etc.
- Coordinate, manage and maintain branding and production of tradeshow equipment and branding tools (booth components, posters, outdoor banners etc.);
- Coordinate all aspects of tradeshows, briefing events, webinar logistics, etc.
- Negotiate and coordinate signing of contracts (hotels, catering, logistics, Audio Video services);
- Contribute ideas and handle logistics to assist in implementing special events, workshops, vendor fairs, lunch trainings when needed from invitation concept to day of event and post event marketing touch points (Digital touch points);
- Work with various marketing specialists (translator, graphic designer, and ecommerce and web designers) to ensure all production aspects are coordinated;
- Provide strategic and planning support to other assigned areas (i.e. Product Management, Sales, etc.);
- Measure the impact of events and/or campaigns, manage the budget, and report back on the results with ROI metrics;
- Ensure we get full exposure and inclusion on industry awards, etc.
- Perform other duties within competence, as assigned.
- A great attitude and previous experience in building relationships and influencing different stakeholders within an organization;
- At least 3 years' experience with marketing campaigns in a corporate environment and event planning (client facing briefings and corporate events);
- The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and teammates (you use PowerPoint and Excel with ease);
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in both official languages;
- Excellent organization and time management skills;
- Solid problem solving and consultative skills;
- To be proactive, self-driven, motivated and results-oriented;
- To be able to adhere to tight service level agreements (SLAs);
- A genuine interest in intelligent technology and the motivation to learn and improve.
- A Bachelor in Commerce/Business with a Major or Minor in Marketing.
