- Prepares quarterly and annual financial statements with supporting documentation under U.S. GAAP.
- Consolidates financial information for parent company reporting under IFRS.
- Maintains monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc accounting entries.
- Produces internal and external financial reports with accompanying analysis.
- Analyzes financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
- Conducts technical accounting research and advises on complex transactions.
- Ensures compliance with internal controls and risk documentation.
- Supports external audits with required documentation and explanations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- CPA designation is required, with 3-5 years post graduation experience
- Experience of preparing financial statements and handling dual currency transactions and consolidations would be advantageous.
- Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP & IFRS would be an asset.
