- Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of remote sales agents across Canada
- Provide regular one-on-one coaching and constructive performance feedback to team members
- Monitor individual and team KPIs and develop clear action plans to drive results
- Lead weekly team meetings, accountability check-ins, and collaborative training sessions
- Mentor agents through virtual client presentations and complex enrollment situations
- Maintain personal sales activity alongside team leadership responsibilities
- Collaborate with regional leadership on growth initiatives and team development strategies
- Ensure all team activities comply with provincial licensing requirements and company standards
- Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team culture
- A natural leader with the ability to motivate, inspire, and hold others accountable
