- Maintain and troubleshoot automation systems, including PLCs, robotics, and control systems.
- Ensure the efficiency and reliability of automated processes within the manufacturing facility.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in automated systems using advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Implement system upgrades and improvements to enhance productivity and reliability.
- Manage automation projects from conception to implementation and ongoing maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize automated processes.
- Provide training and technical support to staff on automation systems.
- Continuously research and adapt to new technologies to improve efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or process environment.
- Strong knowledge of automation systems, including PLCs, robotics, and control systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Python, or C++.
- Experience with automation software and tools, including SCADA, HMI, and CAD software.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and continuously improve skills.
- Experience in managing automation projects.
- Certifications such as AWS, ISTQB, CE, ITIL, CCNA, or similar.
