Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking dedicated and skilled Red Seal Millwrights to join their team. As a Red Seal Millwright, you will be an integral part of the maintenance department supporting the manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety and efficiency, which will align successfully within the organization.Job Title: Red Seal MillwrightsLocation: Hants Port, NSPay Range: Based on Skills and QualificationWhat's the Job?
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery to ensure optimal performance
  • Work with blueprints to assemble equipment, power transmission systems, and hydraulics
  • Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
  • Replace parts and components as needed, adhering to safety standards
  • Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations of manufacturing equipment
What's Needed?
  • Red Seal certification as a Millwright
  • Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Willingness to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
