Work in the heart of Downtown toronto across different parking facilities

Engage with the public compassionately, especially individuals from vulnerable sectors, showing empathy and respect in every interactionDe-escalate conflicts calmly using sound judgment, communication, and situational awarenessAct as a first responder, providing immediate support in medical or crisis situations until emergency services arrivePatrol parking environments (mobile as well as foot)- including lots, stairwells, and exteriors - to maintain a visible and reassuring presenceMonitor alarms and surveillance systems, ensuring equipment is functional and incidents are addressed promptlyDeliver professional customer service, assisting clients and visitors with inquiries or concernsDocument incidents and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as requiredEvery day brings new challenges - and new chances to make a difference.What you bring

Authorization to work in Canada
Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
Valid WSIB approved First Aid and CPR Certification
Ability to stand and patrol for 12-hour shifts
Minimum 1 year of tactical experience engaging with members of the vulnerable sector
Police Foundations diploma or previous police/military experience (strong asset)
Availability of day and night shifts throughout the week
A full G license and a clear drivers abstract
Comfortable driving in downtown Toronto in the busiest of hours
