The individual will own the following responsibilities:Work closely with the client and implementation team to convert the client’s data to Dayforce HCM specificationsFollow an established process for each iteration of the project (kick-off, receive data, field and data map, validate, test, and deliver)Work consultatively throughout the project and follow all established practices to ensure customer data is handled securelyProvide regular project updates, identify risks, and communicate issues to the Project Manager and Data Conversion Manager, following established SLA and timelinesConsult on data extractionMap source data to Dayforce HCM file specifications with the customer and Implementation TeamProvide customers with follow-up consulting and general assistance in areas of expertiseBe a “go-to” resource for data conversion for both internal and external usersDocument solutions and contribute to a solutions repositoryDocument best practices and share with the PracticeContribute to internal knowledge share; review questions and provide feedback on a continuous basisHow do we define success for your role?You demonstrate BDO's core values through all aspect of your work: Integrity, Respect and CollaborationYou understand your client’s industry, challenges, and opportunities; client describe you as positive, professional, and delivering high-quality workYou identify, recommend, and are focused on effective service delivery to your clientsYou share in an inclusive and engaging work environment that develops, retains & attracts talentYou actively participate in the adoption of digital tools and strategies to drive an innovative workplaceYou grow your expertise through learning and professional development.Your experience and educationBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience3-5+ years of experience in Data Conversion3-5+ years in consultant role with Dayforce HCMExperience in business process mappingProficient in Microsoft Office productsExperienced with software in a SaaS / Cloud computing environment including experience with HRISSolid understanding of relational databases, application development and SQLUnderstanding knowledge of common human capital management (HCM) business practicesExcellent customer relationship acumenAbility to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same time and manage competing prioritiesExcellent organization, communication and collaboration skillsAbility to lead and facilitate customer and internal data conversion sessionsWhy BDO?Our people-first approach to talent has earned us a spot among .
