About Our Client
Our client is sourcing a Property Accountant for a 6-month contract.About the Opportunity
  • Support monthly financial close process for assigned assets.
  • Perform account reconciliations and financial analysis.
  • Prepare reporting packages, variance analysis, and cash flow summaries.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit support.
  • Support tenant reconciliations and financial reporting.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the finance function.
About You
  • 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience in a real estate environment.
  • Experience working with an accounting/ERP system.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Bilingualism considered an asset.
