Legally entitled to work in Canada

Valid Manitoba Security Guard License (as required by the province)First Aid/CPR Certification required or considered an assetAbility to work in a healthcare environment, following hospital policies and proceduresAbility to stand and walk for extended periods while conducting continuous patrolsSkillsExcellent observation and situational awareness during patrolsAbility to follow safety protocols and emergency proceduresClear written communication skills for accurate logbook and incident reportingStrong verbal communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and control room staffAbility to remain calm and respond appropriately in emergency situationsHigh level of professionalism, reliability, and accountabilityAbility to work independently while maintaining consistent monitoring and patrolsThis could be more than a job!
