- Greeting patrons in a professional, friendly and approachable manner
- Utilizing an automated valet computer system
- Processing valet payments
- Being knowledgeable of current Events & Promotions within the Casino and surrounding area’s
- Multitasking & communicating among the Valet Team throughout the shift to ensure guests experience a service for arrivals & departures in a timely manner
- Ability to work under pressure during periods of peak volumes
- Assisting Valet Leads and/or Valet Attendants in assisting arriving Guests on deck
- Ability to prioritize tasks throughout the shift
- Working independently and as one team that supports and helps one another
- Working safely, and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation
- Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
- Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation
- Smart Serve Certificate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills
- Advanced computer and keyboarding skills
- Proficiency in using Micros software
