The Opportunity:We are currently partnered with a well-established organization in Mississauga, ON that is looking to add an experienced Payroll Specialist to their team. This is a long-term opportunity with a clear growth path for someone who brings strong payroll fundamentals and is looking to step into a more senior role over time.
We are seeking a payroll professional who already understands payroll compliance in Ontario and Quebec and can confidently support payroll operations, while being supported internally to learn the organization's specific processes and systems.What You'll Be Doing:Managing accurate, compliant payroll processing using ADP (ADP experience mandatory)Working closely with branch administrators to ensure proper timecard entry and approvalsHandling payroll reconciliations, projected pay, and payroll-related inquiriesSupporting compensation, benefits administration, and return-to-work processesEnsuring payroll is executed accurately, legally, and on scheduleGradually assuming broader responsibility as part of a planned succession strategyWhat You'll Need to Be Successful:Demonstrated experience in payroll, with strong knowledge of Ontario and Quebec payroll legislationHands-on experience with ADP payroll systemsAbility to work independently while collaborating with internal teamsStrong attention to detail, discretion, and professionalismInterest in long-term career progression within payroll and compensationCompensation Range: $80,000 - $90,000
