We come from all over the world and together, we’re building something pretty special.We’re currently hiring for an Inbound Coordinator for our Edmonton Shipping department. In this role, you’ll be challenged to think on your feet, learn on the job and get a little bit better each and every day, with the support of a team that always has your back. There’s more to any job than words on a page, but the focus of this role is to coordinate and manage the timely, accurate and cost-effective delivery of raw materials, components and supplies from vendors into the company’s production facility and supply chain. On any given day, the Inbound Coordinator is responsible for:
  • Manage inbound shipments from global suppliers, optimizing routes and delivery times.
  • Maintain supplier and logistics relationships to ensure consistent, timely material flow.
  • Monitor transportation performance, resolving delays or issues proactively.
  • Coordinate receiving with warehouse teams and streamline high-volume deliveries.
  • Update systems in real time and use tracking tools for operational visibility.
  • Create reports and analyze data to improve efficiency and supplier performance.
  • Collaborate across teams to align inventory with production needs.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and manage import/export documentation.

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inbound logistics, supply chain, or transportation
  • Solid understanding of logistics principles and international shipping regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal/written communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to multitask and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven professionalism and ability to build relationships with external partners
