Scope of the PositionThe Building Services position is responsible for keeping the facility in a clean and orderly condition and will perform various cleaning duties including scrubbing floors, cleaning and stocking restrooms, washing walls, glass, and furniture, and removing rubbish.This position is for our 2nd shift. 3:00 pm - 11:30 pmJob Duties
  • Perform general clean up of all office facilities
  • Sweep, mop, dump garbage and recycling bins, and perform all cleaning aspects of offices, board rooms, hallways, and lunch rooms
  • Wash walls, windows, furniture, and window coverings
  • Clean and restock all restroom facilities
  • Monitor supply levels of cleaning products and equipment
  • Operate floor scrubber and clean the production floors
  • Operate cardboard compactor to deal with recycled cardboard
  • Maintain outside grounds (remove snow, ice, and debris)
  • Performs other duties as required
Work Conditions
  • Physical ability to lift up to 35lb
  • Safety equipment will be required, e.g. steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, ear protection etc.
  • Overtime as required
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience
  • Minimum 1 year of building maintenance experience
