- Rotational shifts between 6 AM and 11 PM
- Every other weekend required

- Full-time role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staff regarding scheduling inquiries and changes.
- Collaborate with department managers and supervisors to understand and align with organization’s needs and goals.
- Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to the dynamic requirements of a 24- hours healthcare operations, including working rotations on weekends and holidays.
- Available on-site to assist care staff with picking up supplies or any other support needed, ensuring continuous care.
- Participates/supports new projects.
- Develop, maintain, and adjust staff schedule using scheduling software to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with organizational policies.
- Possess strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, along with effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Continuously monitors quality and provide recommendations for implementing improvements to the department leads.
- Exhibit strong customer service skills and a passion of delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact in the community.
- Proficient using Microsoft 365 including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and Word.
- Ability to work independently under time pressure and managing multiple task simultaneously with phone calls, emails and monitoring Team Chat
- Demonstrate initiative, teamwork and ability to prioritize tasks while accommodating the organization’s evolving needs
- Maintain professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions with organizational stakeholders.
- Other related tasks to be assigned as required
- Previous experience in healthcare scheduling or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Must be available for rotating shifts between 6am to 11pm
- Must be available for full-time work
- Must work every other weekend
- Should be willing to work on Stat holidays to provide continuous care
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
