Role:
  • Working in a virtual casino environment, conducting live games for online players
  • Deal cards, game coordination, interacting with players in a professional and friendly manner
  • Follow security procedures and protocols and policies
  • Responsible for escalating and issues according to company policies in a quick and efficient manner
  • Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
  • Have to be comfortable working on camera during live games
  • Excellent communications and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure, maintaining accuracy and discretion
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
