Inside Sales Associate

• Respond to inbound sales calls, providing product information, pricing, order status updates, and delivery confirmations.
• Process orders and quotes accurately, ensuring timely entry and follow-up.
• Coordinate order fulfillment and delivery by working closely with internal production and machine shop teams.
• Secure and renew orders while maintaining strong relationships with an established customer base.
• Provide technical and non-technical support related to product use, operation, and maintenance.
• Conduct quote follow-ups and basic analysis to support sales activities.
• Take full ownership of tasks, ensuring accuracy and completion in a fast-paced environment.

• High School Diploma required; College diploma or University degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service is an asset.
• Strong mechanical or technical aptitude to support product-related inquiries.
• Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.
• Proficient with computers and strong organizational skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Must be able to report onsite daily to perform job duties
