- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Update customer profiles and monitor accounts
- Create orders while ensuing invoices and billing are accurate
- Prepare reports required for clients and/or sales
- Modify and update customer account data
- Follow up with the operations department to ensure that all relevant documents are accurate (products received and products shipped)
- Check that transactions and services are correctly entered into the system and invoiced
- Schedule and update appointments when required from customers
- Follow up with customers on a regular basis
- Communicate customers’ requests/ needs with operations
- Ensure data integrity while complying, tracking, managing and completing the orders
- Ensure quality of all services and verifying accuracy of data prior to completing the orders
- Must have at least 1 year of previous experience working in a warehousing, transportation or logistics environment
- Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Strong business acumen and problem solving skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Knowledge of AS400 is an asset
- Able to work independently with little supervision with a strong attention to detail
- Able to juggle multiple projects, some with conflicting deadlines and give close attention to detail
- Monday- Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
