- Level 1 General Insurance License required
- 1-2 years of experience in the Personal Insurance Division
- Strong desire to learn the private client business
- Motivated to contribute within a team environment
- Superior computer skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy, works well in a fast paced, client focused environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills , problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Detailed and Organized
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
- Support Account Managers in the maintenance of high value accounts
- Assist with marketing of accounts to include new, renewal and midterm changes
- Prepare proposals, customer correspondence, binders, and invoices as per agency standards
- Assist with Accounts receivable
- Update client information as changes occur
- Ensure all related information and activities have been entered on the client’s file in the Broker Management System.
- Creating professional packages for our client with in-house product information
- Maintain accuracy of electronic files as per agency standards
- Resource to support Private Clients
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
