QA Tester (SAP / UiPath)

- Execute manual and automated testing for SAP initiatives across customer care, billing, finance, and operational processes.
- Create, maintain, and run test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Design and develop automated test scripts using UiPath to improve regression coverage and release confidence.
- Validate end-to-end business processes across SAP environments, including integrations with other systems.
- Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are testable and complete.
- Coordinate and support business-led UAT, including defect triage, retesting, and issue resolution.
- Create and manage test data needed for successful execution of test cases.
- Log, track, and report defects, risks, and testing results using Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools.
- Support production readiness, cutover activities, and post-deployment validation.
- Help improve QA standards, testing processes, and automation maturity across the SAP Canada portfolio.
- Can you say IÂ’ve tested SAP billing/customer workflows, created regression suites, built UiPath automations, worked in Agile sprints, logged defects in ADO, and partnered directly with business users?
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or software testing.
- 3+ years of experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Strong hands-on experience testing SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA solutions.
- Proven experience building automated test scripts using UiPath.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test design, regression testing, and defect management.
- Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar testing/backlog tools.
- Experience with integration testing across SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and drive continuous improvement.
