Hourly Pay: $42.00-$50.00/hr. for licensed technicians
Up to $2,500 Signing Bonus for Licensed or Apprentice 310T/421A Technicians
Quarterly Profit-Sharing Bonuses – up to $1,500
Training Bonuses – up to $3,000 for Manufacturer & Technician Training
Annual Wage Increases

What You’ll Do

Perform safety inspections, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs on a wide range of heavy-duty and niche municipal equipment.
Work on vac trucks, hydro vacs, street sweepers, refuse/recycling trucks, and more.
Collaborate with the Service Writer and Parts team to ensure efficient service.
Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

What You Bring

Valid 310T Truck & Coach or 421A Heavy Equipment Technician, or registered apprentice through Skilled Trades Ontario
Related work experience preferred
Strong knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
Valid Driver’s License with clean abstract
Positive attitude, safety-first mindset, and a team-oriented approach
