- A bachelor's degree (health sciences, life sciences, business, economics, or related disciplines preferred) or equivalent professional experience in the healthcare and life sciences sectors
- An MBA or relevant master's degree combined with experience or a background in healthcare and life sciences is considered a strong asset
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in strategic roles within healthcare, life sciences, or adjacent sectors (e.g., care delivery, wellness, pharmaceuticals, health insurance)
- Proven experience leading teams, managing client relationships, and delivering complex strategic projects
- Fluency in English is essential; bilingual proficiency (English/French) is an asset
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proven expertise in business development and strategic client engagement.
- Experience or interest in emerging healthcare innovations, including digital health, AI, and advanced analytics
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing and advising senior stakeholders
- Strong project management abilities, financial acumen, and problem-solving creativity
- Passionate about creating positive impact within healthcare and life sciences sectors
