Description:BRAND AMBASSADORS (CALGARY)PT and FT Roles Available | In-person | Calgary, ABStart Date: Early June 2026We'll start reviewing applications as they come in and keep this posting open until we find the right additions to our team!As a Brand Ambassador, your mission is to bring the Righteous brand to life in-market - creating memorable fan experiences that drive trial, awareness, and connection across Calgary.You are the face of Righteous out in the world. We just happen to do it by making gelato.THE ROLEReporting to the Events Coordinator, you bring events, sampling, gelato academy classes, tours, and cafe experiences to life, delivering every interaction seamlessly, on-brand, and with great energy.WHAT YOU'LL OWNEvents, Sampling & Activations
  • Represent Righteous at events, in-store demos, and community activations across Calgary.
  • Serve and sample products while sharing our story, ingredients, and what makes us different.
  • Create high-energy, memorable experiences that turn people into fans.
  • Safely transport product and materials to and from events.
  • Capture quick notes and insights from demos and events to help us learn what fans love.
Cafe & Fan Experiences
  • Deliver exceptional, on-brand experiences in the café, serving gelato, beverages, and engaging directly with fans.
  • Own the delivery of tours and Gelato Academy experiences, ensuring consistency, energy, and high-quality execution.
  • Create a warm, welcoming environment that reflects the Righteous brand and turns first-time visitors into loyal fans.
  • Embody the Righteous spirit in every interaction, bringing energy, personality, and genuine connection to each experience.
WHO YOU ARE
  • You're a passionate Brand Ambassador! You resonate deeply with the Righteous Brand and Mission, and can't wait to share the #gelatolove.
  • You can't wait to learn how to make gelato, and how to teach others to make their dream flavour.
  • You're an effective communicator and value strong relationships - genuinely a fan of other humans.
  • You've got infectious positive energy, an outstanding work ethic and pride in everything you touch.
  • You're flexible to work different shifts - including evenings, weekends and occasional early mornings.
  • You have a valid driver's license for driving Bambino (the mini gelato truck), a clean record and access to a reliable vehicle every shift.
  • You have a cell phone.
  • You can lift up to 50 lbs and you're able to be on your feet for the duration of your shifts.
  • You have ProServe certification, (or you're willing to get it!)
WHAT YOU BRINGExperience
  • Previous hospitality, retail, events, or customer-facing roles are an asset, but not required.
  • Comfortable engaging with people, telling a story, and creating memorable moments.
  • Able to support events, sampling, and café service with attention to detail and strong organization.
  • Comfortable working in different environments, from busy festivals to café shifts.
Skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and create meaningful fan experiences.
  • Friendly, positive, and passionate about connecting with people.
  • A strong team player who can also take initiative and work independently.
