As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be an essential part of the Human Resources department supporting the hiring process for various roles. Consult with employers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
Interview applicants and evaluate their qualifications for various positions
Conduct background checks and contact references to verify candidate suitability
Explain benefits, company policies, and job parameters to prospective employees
Hire the most qualified candidates and facilitate onboarding and orientation processes
Manage and process hiring paperwork while maintaining accurate employee records

Prior experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus but not required
