- Develop and implement a scheduling strategy within the Project Execution Plan.
- Establish and maintain project schedules, ensuring regular updates and tracking.
- Create and manage baseline schedules and timelines.
- Provide leadership and training to the scheduling team.
- Monitor and report on schedule variances, proposing mitigation plans.
- Oversee the implementation of Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for scheduling.
- Manage the schedule change control process.
- Conduct schedule risk analysis and report status to management.
- Lead scheduling efforts for project proposals.
- Ensure compliance with scheduling-related contract conditions.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
- Possession of a bachelor's degree, along with 15 years of professional experience.
- Minimum 10 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in the mining industry is a must.
- Proficiency in conveying information clearly to various groups, including but not limited to executives, colleagues, clients, suppliers, contractors, and guests.
- Essential technical expertise required to perform the role effectively.
- Capability to understand and implement knowledge of relevant local, regional, and national laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently within time constraints.
