- Lead a variety of projects including technical evaluations and analyses in the area of Anticipated Operational Occurrences, Anticipated Transients without Scram, Reactor Heat Balance, and Thermal Hydraulic Fuel Channel Analyses
- Deliver products at a consistently high and sustainable level in accordance with customer requirements, business procedures, and regulatory agency guidelines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills will be required to interface with a variety of individuals with diverse backgrounds.

- Prepare thorough and accurate technical reports, correspondence, documentation, and calculations
- Perform technical verification of engineering technical deliverables
- Provide engineering expertise, guidance, and technical mentoring
- Prepare, communicate, and present complex technical issues to internal and external customers and recommend solutions
- Implement continual improvement of transient analysis work processes
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned
- B.S. Degree in Engineering Discipline (Nuclear, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or similar).
- At least 8 years of relevant nuclear experience
- This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.
- The preferred work location for this role is at the GEH Headquarters Wilmington, NC but qualified remote candidates will be considered.
- Master's Degree or Ph.D. Degree in Engineering; or Senior Reactor Operator Certification
- Experience with BWR core simulation and thermal-hydraulic systems codes.
- Extensive knowledge of BWR Systems and integrated plant response
- Extensive knowledge of the fundamental principles of nuclear engineering such as nuclear physics, thermal hydraulics, and mechanical design, as applied to BWR
- Experience with standard engineering work planning and design process techniques
