
User Interface Designer

- The ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders within our client's organization
- You'll help to shape the visual identity of our client's products
- Translate requirements and user needs into high-fidelity UI designs that are visually engaging and easy to use.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and production-ready assets for web and/or mobile platforms.
- Evolve and maintain our design system to ensure consistency across products.
- Work with developers to ensure design fidelity during implementation.
- Use UX principles to ensure usability and accessibility, even while focusing on visual excellence.
- Conduct light usability validation (when required) to confirm design effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and UI/UX best practices.
- Professional experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing strong UI-focused projects.
- Advanced skills in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong understanding of visual design principles (layout, typography, color theory, hierarchy).
- Experience creating and working with design systems.
- Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design for web and mobile platforms.
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to improve collaboration with engineers.
- Experience designing for complex workflows, dashboards, or enterprise applications.
- Motion/interaction design skills (e.g., micro-animations, transitions, prototyping in Principle or After Effects).
- Familiarity with conducting user testing or research activities.
- Knowledge of AI-driven design tools or emerging technologies.
- Experience in the financial industry is a huge plus.
