That starts with investing in our people through competitive compensation, hands-on training, and meaningful leadership opportunities.About the RoleAs District Manager, you’ll be responsible for executing company strategy across multiple profit centers while driving sales performance, operational excellence, and talent development across your district.You’ll lead through influence, data-driven decision-making, and a strong people-first mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
  • Execute company strategy at the district level
  • Ensure consistent sales leadership and performance across all locations
  • Identify industry trends and implement action plans for growth
  • Build a strong leadership pipeline through succession planning
Operations & Financial Performance
  • Review Profit Center P&L reports and adjust strategy as needed
  • Develop and execute tactical action plans for monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
  • Optimize fleet mix, pricing, utilization, and inventory across locations
  • Analyze cost structures to maximize profitability and rental income
Sales & Customer Growth
  • Lead district-wide sales initiatives and execution
  • Develop and execute market expansion and sales strategies
  • Strengthen customer relationships to protect and grow market share
  • Increase revenue through effective sales planning and execution
People Leadership & Development
  • Coach and develop Profit Center Managers and Sales Leaders
  • Strengthen sales, customer service, and communication skills across teams
  • Support JumpStart and Quick Start trainee programs
  • Mentor future leaders and build bench strength across the district
Qualificationsâś… Ability to travel up to 75%
âś… College degree in Business preferred (or equivalent experience)
âś… Proven leadership and people development experience
âś… Strong business, financial, and operational acumen
âś… Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire teams to achieve results
âś… Track record of driving performance aligned with company valuesPhysical Requirements:
This role may require bending, squatting, reaching, lifting 50 lbs+, and working indoors/outdoors as needed.
