
Manager, ATL Media Planning & Strategy

- Be accountable for best in class execution of media strategy in partnership with supporting internal and external agency partners.
- Translate business goals into media objectives, clearly articulating a plan & strategy
- Develop audience targeting strategies informed by insights
- Brief, approve and track media plans with external media agencies
- Build sustainable processes to ensure accurate implementation of media buys, campaign set-up and budget pacing
- Experience with in-house media teams, ad trafficking and ad operations
- Monitor and analyze media performance, optimizing campaigns on an ongoing basis to drive improvement weekly, monthly and quarterly in identified KPIs.
- Accountable for hitting defined acquisition targets and OKRs such as conversion, CAC, ROI, brand lift metrics, etc.
- Accountable for quantifying channel impact across the funnel
- Lead new testing initiatives with Marketing Analytics to validate performance and drive incremental growth.
- Partner with Brand Strategy & Brand Creative to continuously iterate and test to drive response rates, audience targeting strategies, and message/creative variations
- Manage relationship(s) with external agencies and direct internal partners.
- Evaluate, negotiate, onboard and proactively manage new / existing partners as needed
- Work cross functionally with relevant internal stakeholders on business cases, contracts, invoicing, billing and auditing
- Stay updated with industry trends, media attribution methodologies and media innovation

- 5+ years of relevant professional experience with concrete, consistent results.
- Experience in both the US and Canada media markets.
- At least 3+ years of media agency management, with experience leading & influencing others.
- In-depth knowledge of ATL media (TV/OTT, Audio, OOH,) with relevant tactical experience.
- Background in eCommerce and/or subscription business models is a plus.
- Substantial experience working with performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPV / CPS, CAC, incremental or marginal CAC, LTV, ROI).
- Fluency in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel / Office, advanced Excel experience, reporting automation experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in marketing required.
- A marketing strategist who can derive insights, recommendations and action plans from qualitative market trends, consumer feedback, and large data sets.
