- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

- Expertise in Azure DevOps, TFS, Crystal Reports, and Dynatrace.
- Must be hands-on, able to quickly analyze and troubleshoot the production issues, clarify the queries of offshore team and guide them as required.
- Should have good communication skills and be flexible to extend the support during out of office hours.
- Experienced in estimation methodology, configuration management, release management, support and maintenance processes.
- Ability to understand the project needs and prioritize the work within project timelines.
- At least 4 years working experience in .Net Framework 4.6.2 or later (C#.Net, VB.Net and ASP.Net), .Net Core, MVC, Web API, Angular 4.0 or above, SQL Server 2017/2019, SSIS, JavaScript, and JQuery.
- Minimum 4 years experience in Global Delivery Model.
- Death Care domain experience.
- Experience in RESTful services.
- Expertise in MVC, and WCF services.
