We take care of our team, support each other and cultivate a sense of belonging for all.Salary: 46.16$/hourResponsibilities:When your actions lead to success:Perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment, including presses and gas-fired dryersTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipmentDesign and install control circuitsMaintain environmental emission controlsSupport continuous improvement initiatives and equipment modificationsParticipate in safety meetings and comply with all Health & Safety policies and 5S standardsProvide on-call support as requiredCollaborate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure production flowMonitor and maintain parts inventory in coordination with purchasingCommunicate proactively with managers, supervisors, and team leaders to identify concerns and suggest improvementsProvide coaching and leadership support to peers when neededPerform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications:When your expertise drives us:Interprovincial Red Seal Certification as an Electrician (required)1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (asset)Experience in the printing industry (asset)Knowledge of safety procedures, including lockout/tagoutKnowledge of PLC software (Allen Bradley, Siemens, ABB) and ability to design/repair electrical systemsStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skillsComputer literacy (Microsoft Office)WHMIS certificationForklift and Pallet Jack CertificationFirst Aid Certificate (asset)Physical ability to perform duties (standing, walking, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs during 12-hour shifts)Ability to work rotational 12-hour continental shifts (days/nights) and overtime when requiredWhen benefits really help you live better:We offer a comprehensive and flexible benefits package designed to support your well-being and help you thrive—at work and at home.
