- The rate of pay will be $19-21/hr, depending on experience
- Part-time position (approximately 20–25 hours per week)
- Monday to Friday, temporary position
- Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Support front-line customer service and assist with walk-in or client requests
- Assist with tracking inventory, updating records, and monitoring stock levels
- Coordinate orders, supplies, and basic inventory organization
- Maintain accurate records and ensure information is up to date
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and day-to-day operations
- Previous experience in administrative support and/or customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable interacting with customers in person, phone, and email
- Basic experience with inventory tracking or order coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Experience in retail, warehouse, or inventory-related roles
- Familiarity with invoicing, order entry, or basic bookkeeping
- Post-secondary education in administration, business, or related field
