- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of T&S specialists to ensure timely and quality delivery of project objectives.

- Project Delivery:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and testing of signalling and train control systems.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
- Ensure integration of the T&S system package with all the other interfaced or enabling systems.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the project budget allocated to S&TCS, including Profit & Loss (P&L) and monitoring of burning rates.
- Optimize resource allocation to ensure cost-effective delivery of project milestones.
- Reporting and Communication:
- Provide regular advancement reports to project leadership on the status of T&S activities.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with T&S delivery.
- Develop contingency plans to address potential issues and ensure project continuity.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional License.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the delivery for signalling and train control system packages, preferably in light rail transit projects.
- Experience with modern signalling technologies and train control systems.
- Proven track record of managing teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
