What you’ll doThe Network Performance Integration team works closely with dealers and internal teams to ensure that the data and insights that are produced can be smoothly integrated and actioned at the store level. We build interactive tools that help dealers with making ordering decisions and produce reporting that has well defined actions for the dealers to take.Develop tools and EUCs based on business requirements that will integrate with Canadian Tire Corporation store systemsProvide QC support and enhancements for existing tools and EUCs related to the aboveBuild and develop automation processes for new reporting based on requirementsAs required, run existing automation processes (e.g. reporting, ad-hoc requests etc.) that enable information to be delivered to stores accurately.Develop key reporting tools using MS Excel, VBA, Python, New Relic and other data analytics tools (KNIME, Aginity, etc.)Consult and problem solve on various business issues with cross functional groupsWhat you bringPost Secondary education in retail management, computer programming, or other business-related designationAdvanced programming skills using VBA, SQL and RESTful APIsKnowledge in Python, Java, and JavaScript is an assetExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent problem solving, listening, and time-management skills2+ years of experience demonstrating programming skillsAttention to detail with high quality end-productsCanadian Tire Retail store system knowledge is a strong asset#LI-RM1About UsCanadian Tire Corporation, Limited (“CTC”) is one of Canada’s most admired and trusted companies.
