- Design and implement AI agents (LLM-driven copilots, taskbots, or autonomous agents) for real-time business process support and automation.
- Develop conversational interfaces, context-aware workflows, and agentic task execution using LLMs like OpenAI GPT-4, Gemini.
- Build prompt frameworks, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, and fine-tuned models as needed for enterprise use cases
- Develop end-to-end automated workflows by orchestrating tasks across systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, UKG, and other SaaS Apps.
- Leverage and extend platforms like Workato & Zapier for robust automation and event-driven orchestration.
- Integrate APIs, webhooks, and data services to enable seamless automation across siloed systems.
- Manage existing agents and changes needs from governance and audit perspective.
- Partner with business stakeholders and application owners to identify and scope high-impact automation opportunities.
- Translate business pain points into AI/automation solutions with clear measurable outcomes.
- Present prototypes, run demos, and gather iterative feedback to refine solutions for real-world usage.
- Rapidly prototype AI solutions using internal tools and cloud AI platforms.
- Contribute to an internal library of reusable automations, agents, and orchestration patterns.
- Maintain high standards for automation quality, resilience, security, and observability.
- Stay current with trends in GenAI, SaaS automation, and orchestration tooling to ensure best-in-class implementations.
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS business systems and automation/integration, AI/ML solutions, or enterprise systems development.
- Strong proficiency in Python or Node.js, and experience working with APIs, webhooks, and orchestration frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI (OpenAI, Claude, Llama), LLM APIs, vector stores, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with enterprise AI/ML adoption, including architecture for intelligent automation and predictive analytics.
- Self-starter with the ability to own initiatives end-to-end, from problem discovery to production rollout.
- Experience building workflows or automations with platforms like Workato, Zapier, or custom orchestration frameworks.
- Experience optimizing workflows in domains like revenue operations, finance close, customer onboarding, or employee lifecycle.
- Ability to run demos, collect stakeholder feedback, and iterate quickly in an agile, fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate operational inefficiencies into scalable automation solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to thrive and be nimble in a dynamic and fast-paced, fully-remote high-growth environment.
