- Work with Project Managers to accomplish various tasks associated with various projects (as part of Hatch's mentorship philosophy)
- Be part of a team involved in delivering regional/municipal and highway design and inspection projects of various scale, size and complexities.
- Be given opportunities to contribute to complex projects in meaningful ways
- Work on problems and gain experience in the office and on project sites

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering to graduate in 2024 or recently graduated from an accredited University;
- In good academic standing;
- Extracurricular involvement is considered an asset;
- Past work experience in the Civil Engineering field is an asset;
- Good understanding of engineering and business fundamentals as they apply to engineering problems and projects
- Knowledge of road design standards (TAC, MTO) is considered an asset
- Strong Microsoft Office Software Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) skills
- Ability to learn quickly and to take on new challenges
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
