- Main point of contact for all compensation requests related to market inquiries, open roles, and backfills
- Research, analyze and develop modifications to compensation programs to meet company objectives and needs. Monitor competitive trends within total rewards and make recommendations on the organization’s approach as needed.
- Assist with merit budget planning process and year-end and mid-year compensation administration.
- Lead the compensation survey process through job content analysis for matching survey jobs, data collection, survey submission, and results analysis
- Support the compensation planning processes; ensure consistency, compliance, and support of the company’s program and strategy
- Support communication process for total reward programs
- Assist with job documentation, job evaluation, salary administration and special studies
- Document and evaluate positions up through middle management
- Provide organizational or departmental total rewards training or content delivery when needed
- Provide enterprise-wide data analytics for compensation & benefits
- Participate in M&A and other total reward related projects as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Have 1-2 years' experience in a Total Rewards / Compensation Specialist level role
- Have participated in annual compensation cycles
- Have an understanding of job evaluation methods
- Have a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Have strong interpersonal skills and comfortable interacting with staff and managers in a professional manner
- Have the ability to show empathy while maintaining adherence to policies and procedures
- Have strong attention to detail and ability to take ownership of tasks
- Have excellent problem-solving skills and takes initiative to provide creative recommendations
- Are comfortable with technology, including Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Ceridian Dayforce
- Have impeccable organizational skills, time management and ability to multitask
- Have advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and the ability to create presentations
- Are working towards the CHRL designation
- Have experience conducting job evaluations
- Have global compensation management experience
