Key Responsibilities
Front desk operations: Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business, and maintain a polished professional reception area.
Call and email management: Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; monitor general inboxes and respond or redirect as needed.
Meeting and logistics coordination: Book meeting rooms, support onsite events, and assist with visitor scheduling, security clearances and access badges.
Administrative support: Prepare documents and assist with mail administration.
Office operations: Manage supplies, coordinate courier services, and liaise with vendors and building management.
Experience
2+ years of experience in reception or administrative roles, ideally in a corporate or technical environment.
Technical Skills
Proficiency with office software: Outlook, Word, Excel, and collaboration tools.
Exceptional organization and multitasking abilities.
Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information: Shred-it
Asset if experienced with: Workday.
Soft Skills
Bilingual (Proficient in both French and English).
Strong communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor.
