What This Looks Like: You would be welcoming him into your home as part of your daily life-sharing meals, routines, and experiences together. The goal is to create a home where he feels safe, included, and supported to live as fully and independently as possible. This includes: • providing structure, consistency, and a calm, organized environment • supporting daily routines and life skills • encouraging an active, healthy lifestyle • helping him stay connected to community and activities he enjoys • being a steady, positive presence in his life You won't be doing this alone-he has a team around him and spends time most days with other support people, and regular respite is built in.
