- Lead geotechnical engineering projects from initial investigation and analysis to design and construction oversight.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to a local team of engineers and EITs.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to develop proposals, cost estimates, and deliverables.
- Apply innovative solutions and industry best practices to a variety of projects, including site investigations, foundation design, slope stability, retaining structures, and instrumentation monitoring.
- Contribute to projects with real community impact and the opportunity to work on large-scale and technically challenging assignments.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in geotechnical engineering or related disciplines.
- Professional Engineering registration (P.Eng.) with APEGS.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a passion for developing junior staff.
- Proven problem-solving, communication, and collaborative skills.
- Flexibility to work on a variety of projects, with some travel across Canada.
- Valid Canadian driver's license and ability to live in or relocate to Saskatoon or Regina, SK.
