- Cleaning all assigned guestrooms to the highest standards
- Taking initiative to add a personal touch to each guest's experience
- Ensuring guests' privacy and belongings are respected while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Following departmental policies, procedures, and service standards
- Reporting maintenance needs and ensuring safety and sanitation procedures are followed
- Performing other duties as required to maintain smooth operations
- A warm, caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required
- The ability to anticipate and address guest needs while remaining professional and approachable
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
- A high degree of responsibility and reliability
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
- Calm and courteous demeanor, always focusing on guest satisfaction
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Standing and walking for long periods throughout the shift
- Lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs frequently
- Kneeling, pushing, pulling, and navigating stairs or ramps regularly
